This yoga program is open to beginner and intermediate levels and features unique breathing techniques with demonstrations and instruction of many of the 26 postures which comprise the Kripalu Yoga System. This system of Yoga encourages range of motion, flexibility, strength, balance and most importantly a non-judgmental atmosphere. Yoga has been proven to improve states of health in body and mind. Open to Beginners and Intermediates.
