Celebrate New Britain is a street festival in the heart of New Britain’s downtown celebrating the city's local businesses and organizations. Celebrate New Britain is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (rain date: Sunday, May 17th, 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.). This street festival will be held in downtown New Britain where the roads will be filled with food, craft, and vendor booths; a beer kiosk; a “kids zone” with rides and amusement activities; stages with community performances, children’s entertainment, headlining musical acts, and more!
